French Bouillabaisse w/ Spanish Chorizo


 



Ingredients: mussels, shrimp, Spanish chorizo, canned diced tomatoes, fresh Saffron threads, onions, carrots, orange rind, fish stock, white wine, Italian flat-leaf parsley.  Served w/ Semifreddi's Garlic Croutons.
